HUNTING IN ARGENTINA

Our enterprise, in the province of Entre Rios, a 3 hour drive north of Buenos Aires, provides a perfect combination of warmth, care, and service, at one of the most spectacular and amazing places in Argentina. Thousands of kilometers of marsh, also called “bañados”, offer fourteen duck species, stunning sunrises and unforgettable sunsets, all in the most exclusive hunting environment.

You will have a designated bird boy, who will deal with any hunting need that you may have during your stay. Furthermore, your experienced professional bird boy will be in charge of calling the ducks and recharging cartridges. All of our guides are bilingual and it is their job to accompany you during the hunt and they will take into account your personalized tastes and interests.

Hunting Season

Duck hunting season goes from May through August. Dove is available for hunting all year long. Combination shoots and customized package shoots are available.

Weather

San Ambrosio’s location, 5 km from Gualeguay, makes for ideal hunting weather and with comfortable resting conditions. The average annual 20ºC (70ºF) varying from 7ºC (44ºF) to 10ºC (50ºF) in winter and 19ºC (68ºF) to 23ºC (76ºF) during the summer. It never snows and there only 15 to 20 days with freezing temperatures. Entre Rios has no dry season and rains are cyclical, increasing in the autumn months of March through June.
